Indeed, over the years, Brooks Brothers has reinvented itself technologically to remain competitive and to meet its customers' high expectations. Recently, disparate and inefficient reporting systems left Brooks Brothers with varying sales metrics and without a unified data view of the business. To garner metric-driven data to improve both U.S. and international operations, Brooks Brothers traded its menagerie of reporting tools for an enterprisewide BI strategy.
