Mobile sites are supposed to be slow, but not this slow. Best Buy does okay, Costco tanks. But even doing okay isn't so okay. The typical Web page should load in 2 seconds and the ideal mobile page should load in 4 seconds. The best site here (Best Buy) was twice as slow as that, at 8.3 seconds. The worst — Costco — crawled in at 34 seconds. Not good.
