Ingenico North America Announces Its New Management Team

Ingenico, the world's leading provider of payment solutions and terminals, recently announced its new North American management leadership team. Since coming on board as president of Ingenico, North America, Christopher Justice took action to restructure the company in order to boost its competitive position as the payments industry leader in North America. Justice's three key areas of focus have concentrated on building a strong executive team, improving product quality, and enhancing the customer experience.

"The payment industry is rapidly changing and Ingenico intends to build on our commitment to provide our customers with secure and innovative end-to-end solutions," says Justice. "With our new and dynamic North American leadership team, we will continue to set the pace for our industry as we develop products with heightened security features, new operating systems, and seamless and secure mobile transactions."

Justice announced the following management appointments:

Hal Hanna assumes the newly established role of senior vice president, strategic initiatives. Hanna is a senior sales executive with many years of expertise in the payment processing and healthcare industries including First Data/Concord EFS.

Gregory Boardman has been appointed vice president of product development. Boardman comes to Ingenico from Hypercom, where he was responsible for leading global product and business development for over 10 years. He brings a depth of knowledge that will contribute to the company's future growth.

Svy Nekrasas has been appointed to the newly created position of vice president of marketing. Nekrasas will lead the team's brand building, strategic marketing and communications, and will help drive growth by aligning all aspects of marketing including the integration of digital and traditional strategies.

Philippe Piovesan has been appointed vice president of operations. An Ingenico veteran, Piovesan transfers from the company's headquarters in France. He joined the company in 2004 and was responsible for operations and services for the French market. Piovesan brings extensive technical and product engineering expertise and will lead the company's operations and product quality services in North America.

Bernard Frey has been appointed director of indirect sales responsible for the banking channel. Frey comes to Ingenico with 26 years of processing/hardware sales experience from such companies as Hypercom and MasterCard.

Mark Little has joined the company as director of sales for Managed Services. Little comes to Ingenico from First Data where he held the position of area vice president, with positions prior to that as regional sales manager and vice president of business development.
