By now, we are used to technology that advances so rapidly that we can scarcely keep track. POS systems, operating systems — even the telephone seems to outdate itself each quarter. In some ways we are lucky to live and work in an age that sees so much improvement in so little time. However, all this rapid development can leave decision-makers anxious that they'll be left clutching yesterday's technology as their competitors whirl on by on better and faster models.
