Comark Lowers Price Of NEMA 4X Panel Mounted LCDs

Comark Corporation announced recently added functionality and a significant price reduction of their Panel Magic and Panel Magic PC product lines. The Panel Magic is a panel mounted LCD display, while the Panel Magic PC is a rugged, yet compact, cost-effective computer that integrates high resolution displays with high performance computing.

"We are constantly looking for ways to improve overall performance and value of our products. As costs of LCD, touchscreen and processing technology drops, we pass these savings on to our customers," commented Steve Schott, President of Comark Corporation.

Built with stainless steel, gasketed bezels, the front panel of the Panel Magic product meets IP66 and NEMA 4X ratings, making it able to withstand dirt, dust, airborne liquids, corrosion, and high-pressure water spray, to perform reliably in heavy-duty environments. It is available with Windows XP Pro, Windows XP Embedded, and Linux Operating systems. Additional features of the Panel Magic Series include:

High resolution 12", 15", 17", 19", or 20" LCD displays, with a sunlight readable option Resistive touchscreen option PCI card slot expansion capability Intel Core 2 Duo Mobile, Pentium M, and Celeron M Series Processors Up to 1GB RAM Compact Flash up to 8GB and/or 2 ½" Hard Drive (2) LAN Ports, (1) 10/100 / (1) Gbit, and (4) USB ports Pricing for the Panel Magic LCD starts at $870 for a 12" LCD while the Panel Magic PC begins at $1,800 for a 12" model with standard configuration.
