POS Solutions: Radio Shack Mexico Completes Roll Out Of Retail Anywhere Solutions

Radio Shack Mexico, the most trusted consumer electronics specialty retailer and a growing provider of business-to-business retail support services, relied on long time point of sale provider Retail Anywhere for a total overhaul of their retail solution. Radio Shack Mexico implemented Retail Anywhere's Enterprise, Warehouse, and Point of Sale throughout all 130 Mexico locations.
Radio Shack Mexico's top priority was to improve overall productivity throughout the entire retail chain while faced with an aggressive growth plan. Needing to streamline processes such as warehouse management and store replenishment, and needing the ability to regionalize prices and product offerings, Radio Shack Mexico found Retail Anywhere's integrated, flexible and easy-to-use software to be the best fit.
With the help of Retail Anywhere's customer support team, Radio Shack Mexico was able to open 30 new stores while upgrading their existing 100 locations all while maintaining the same administrative headcount at their corporate offices. "With the new system in place, we have improved product replenishment to stores, are now tracking customer habits and have the abilities to react to their demands," said Dan Ferrari, Director of IT for Radio Shack Mexico.
