Retail Anywhere Software Provides Seamless Management Solution

With retail stores located throughout Mexico, RadioShack Mexico (RSM) was searching for a retail solution that would allow them to regionalize prices and product offerings, while streamlining store replenishment and warehouse management. With an aggressive expansion program quickly approaching and the need to improve overall productivity throughout their enterprise, RSM had to upgrade from an old DOS program to a new Windows solution with web integration.
RadioShack Mexico relied on its long-time POS provider Retail Anywhere for a total overhaul of its retail solutions. RSM wanted a fast upgrade from existing applications, while adding the functionality of easy-to- use information tools that could support its business expansion plan. The most important requirement was to find a single company that could provide a system with complete integration between the POS, back office and warehouse solutions and also offered excellent technical support – outside of the US.
Retail Anywhere provided on-site customer support and training during the major part of deployment. Today, RSM uses Retail Anywhere's on-line service request system and direct technical support to manage and resolve issues and handle customizations.
