Wincor Nixdorf Appoints Patrick Leonard Vice President Of Retail For North America

Former managing director of retail for Wincor Nixdorf Canada to speed company's growth among international customers

Wincor Nixdorf, one of the world's leading providers of total IT solutions for the retail industry, recently announced that Patrick Leonard has been promoted to vice president of retail for the company's North American operations.

In this newly created position, Mr. Leonard will oversee the continuation of Wincor Nixdorf's North American retail industry growth strategies based on technology leadership and innovation.

Mr. Leonard, 44, has served as managing director of retail for Wincor Nixdorf Canada since joining the company in 2010. Prior to joining Wincor Nixdorf, Mr. Leonard served for more than 20 years in senior management positions with retail, networking, services and payments divisions of NCR Canada.

Mr. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance and economics from Concordia University.
