I drive a lot, and for myriad reasons, I hate stopping. I'm in a hurry to get to or home from the office. My kids are strapped in and sleeping in their car seats. It's 13 degrees outside. Stopping, for me, is most often inconvenient. That's why I love drive-thrus. I've spent time wondering why more formats haven't adopted drive-thrus.
