How do I register on a specific online?     
You only have to register one time with the VertMarkets Marketplace. You can use the same username and password for all Marketplaces. You must register the first time you attempt to perform certain functions, such as requesting product information or purchasing a product. To register, simply complete the required fields under "Registration" on any online.

You can also register by clicking the "Login" link on the right portion of the top navigation bar. Then fill in the registration form. Back to Top


What is my username and password for registration?     
Click on the "registration" button on the online. Scroll down to the bottom, where it says "Forgot my Password." This prompts you to enter your e-mail address and your username and password will be e-mailed to you. How do I change my password? Log in to the online using your username and password. Click on the button to "update profile." At the bottom of the form, there is an option to change your password. Click this button and you will be asked to choose a new password. Back to Top

How do I log in?     
As long as you access Retail Solutions Online from the computer from which you registered on, you will be automatically logged in. To log in from another computer, or to log in as a different user, click the Login link on the right portion of the top navigation bar. Back to Top

How do I update my registration information?     
Login to any online using your username and password. Go to "My Online" and you will see a link to "Update Profile". Click on this link and it will take you to a form where you can update all of your information. Back to Top

How do I post a question in the Discussion Forums?     
Click on the News & Community tab at the top of any online homepage. Click on "Discussion Forums" and it will take you to a list of possible discussions. Click on the discussion you prefer and then click "Post a Message." Back to Top

What is our Privacy Policy?     
Our policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. We will not willfully disclose individually identifiable information about our customers to any third party without first receiving that user's permission. How do I subscribe to the newsletter?     
Go to the Retail Solutions Online homepage. Scroll down and click the "Free Newsletter" link on the left-hand side. Then follow instructions on the Subscription Center page. Back to Top

To sign up for free e-mail, you must first register with one of our onlines. After registering, log on to "My Online" and you will see a link to sign up for free e-mail. Back to Top
