Earlier this year, Cisco marked the upcoming five-year anniversary of the PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standards by conducting a survey of IT decision makers involved in PCI-compliance programs. Respondents included IT professionals from the retail, education, financial services, government, and healthcare industries. The survey was designed to gauge current perceptions and attitudes toward the PCI standards.
