In today's economic climate, it's not surprising that more than 86% of companies report cost reductions as being the main goal when investing in new supply chain software and B2B integration tools. By automating supply chain processes, companies can eliminate inefficiency, do more with less, and bring costs down. But these cost reductions can be short-lived if only enabled in a silo. By integrating end-to-end processes and applications, companies can extend the benefits of automation to the enterprise and not only reduce costs but also improve business process execution speed and, ultimately, increase innovation.
