Executed deliberately, mobile point of service technology (MPOS) increases sales, improves productivity, heightens customer service and loyalty, and enhances the retailer's brand in a powerful way. Implementation of a mobile initiative must be approached systematically and with forethought, not only from the standpoint of technology, but also that of integration with marketing and store operations.
