O&M Restaurant Group Selects Envysion For Company-Wide Implementation
Organization plans to install Envysion Insight across all of their locations by year end
Envysion®, Inc., the leading Managed Video as a Service (MVaaS) provider, recently announced that O&M Restaurant Group, a multi-unit Burger King franchisee, has begun phased implementation of Envysion Insight with plans to install all of their locations by year end.
O&M previously rolled out a traditional DVR solution that proved cumbersome to use and required a great deal of IT involvement to operate and maintain. As a result, only a few individuals within the organization were using video and only on a reactive basis. To minimize the organizations IT involvement and ensure rapid company wide adoptability, O&M turned to Envysion's MVaaS.
"Implementing Envysion has almost entirely eliminated the need for IT involvement when it comes to operating and maintaining the Envysion system. As a result of this and Envysion's user-friendly interface, numerous individuals within our organization are now using video as a proactive rather than a reactive tool," said David Ostrowe, President of O&M Restaurant Group. "After only 60 days of using Envysion to take a proactive coaching approach we saw double-digit percent increase in profitability due to fewer exception transactions and lower food costs ultimately leading to higher store profitability."
The company is using Envysion Insight to conduct unannounced and undetected audits to proactively find and correct operational deficiencies before they become problems. In addition, Envysion's integration with O&M's POS system facilitates loss prevention efforts by providing an in-depth look into transactional data with enterprise-level exception based reports that aggregate data across all locations and highlight suspicious trends and behaviors at both the store and above-store levels.
"Making video easy to deploy and use across organizations without straining IT networks or resources has always been a top priority for Envysion," said Matt Steinfort, president and CEO of Envysion. "Our Managed Video as a Service platform eliminates the hassles associated with large scale video deployments, allowing users to focus on their business."
