Bridgeline Digital Announces iAPPS ds

iAPPS ds (distributed subscription) platform empowers franchise and dealer networks with state-of-the-art Web Engagement Management while providing superior oversight of corporate branding

Burlington, MA

Bridgeline Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLIN), developer of the award-winning iAPPS Web Engagement Management platform and interactive technology solutions, today announced the release of iAPPS ds (distributed subscription). iAPPS ds has been specifically developed for large franchise networks and multiple dealer organizations to dramatically improve the website tools available for franchise owners and dealers to more effectively attract, communicate with and retain local customers while enabling superior oversight of corporate branding and content messaging. Built on the CODiE Award-winning iAPPS Product Suite, iAPPS ds provides a centralized digital marketing structure for organizations that need to offer their franchisees or dealer network with the ability to personalize their own local websites and content, execute local marketing plans, measure results with analytics, and drive online eCommerce initiatives; while simultaneously maintaining corporate standards and enabling corporate marketing teams with the ability to push broad, targeted content to their franchise owners and dealers.

By leveraging the iAPPS Product Suite, multiple dealer network or franchisee website administrators benefit from the easy-to-use website management tools and interface that are core to iAPPS, making it extremely easy to edit and publish content that includes forms, images, embedded video, integrated Google Maps or social media plug-ins, along with email marketing campaigns. Additionally, iAPPS offers built-in Search Engine Optimization management that includes auto 301 redirects, auto XML sitemap creation, and metadata management, helping to ensure that local websites are easier to find and drive more customer traffic to physical stores or locations.

iAPPS ds was engineered to work with Responsive Design template development, ensuring that each franchisee or local dealer website is mobile and tablet optimized right out of the box while still leveraging only one single database of content. iAPPS ds websites respond to the accessing device and render the content in the appropriate resolution. Furthermore, iAPPS ds is able to offer multiple, customized self-service template configurations and styles to franchisees and local dealers, enabling them to personalize their sites beyond just the content, while still adhering to corporate branding standards.

iAPPS ds is a cloud-based, multi-tenant SaaS solution and eliminates the need for organizations to maintain their own infrastructure for the solution. iAPPS ds customers can rely on Bridgeline’s Tier-1, co-location, state-of-the-art hosting facility whether they’re supporting 100, 1,000 or 10,000 franchisee or dealer websites.

Additionally, iAPPS ds offers out-of-the-box payment capabilities that enable organizations to allocate the cost of the solution across their franchise and dealer networks through monthly or yearly licensing fees. iAPPS ds licensing includes technical phone support for franchisees and local dealers and can range from $55 to $75 per month per dealer or franchise. Each license provides easy-to-use and powerful web content management, eMarketing capabilities and website analytics. Franchisees or dealers that require robust eCommerce capabilities can pay an additional $25 to $50 per month in SaaS licensing fees.

According to the International Franchise Organization, there are over 900,000 active franchises across North America.
