Marketing Platform Company Accelerates Growth by Expanding its International Presence

Bronto Software, the leading marketing platform for retailers and other commerce-focused companies, announced recently it has opened an office in London. The opening of this first international office marks an important step in Bronto's continued growth in Europe.

According to IMRG (Interactive Media in Retail Group), the UK is Europe's leading e-retail economy, with sales growing at 16% annually, estimated to have reached £68.2B in 2011.

"E-commerce is growing at an incredible pace in Europe, demonstrating clear and growing international demand for commerce-focused solutions like Bronto," said Bronto CEO Joe Colopy. "The new office in London provides a central location for us to sell to and service European retailers."

The expansion comes on the heels of a record-breaking year for Bronto. In 2011, the company reported a 54% increase in revenue and 40% growth in number of employees. Bronto Software's headquarters, located in Durham, North Carolina, is home to 124 employees. In 2012, Bronto is projected to grow their team by 30-40 employees.

The London office will enable Bronto to better serve European clients and to continue to expand the company's roster of international clientele. The location also serves to strengthen valuable partner relationships in Europe.
