Jim O'Connell, Leading Expert And Advisor On Compliance Highlights ACA Challenges & Legislative & Regulatory Outlook

Ceridian announces Jim O’Connell – executive consultant, Ceridian Corporation, Washington D.C. – will present Reading The Tea Leaves: Forecasting ACA Compliance for Retailers, during NRF 2014 in New York City.  During the session Mr. O’Connell will outline major ACA compliance challenges for 2014-2015, including employer “play or pay” mandate; explain why the healthcare reform law in its present form is structurally unstable; evaluate possible ACA legislative and regulatory scenarios and forecast prospects for 2015 and beyond.  The session will conclude with a snapshot of human capital management strategies in response to ACA cost and compliance pressures.
