Family Dollar Installing All Stores With Interface IP Systems

Family Dollar announced earlier this month that it will be equipping all of its 8,000 locations with IP-based managed services supplied by Interface Systems.
The seamless, single IP platform includes protected broadband connections, customer Wi-Fi, 4G LTE back-up, customizable store-to-store Interface Digital Voice communications, advanced security and surveillance video systems, and constant real-time facility management and monitoring through the Interface security centers.
Family Dollar has selected Interface to implement all stores with the bundled IP package as a way to continuously update all stores with the latest security features, management of growing data, and technology to improve customer satisfaction — all while lowering costs as the combined services comes from one provider. Working with Interface will enable Family Dollar to eliminate any hidden charges associated with working with various vendors as Interface charges one flat monthly rate for each Family Dollar store. “Our unmatched ability to ‘Simplify to the Power of One’ allows retailers and other multi-location verticals to introduce fully managed and standardized store communications, data, voice, video and security systems on an improved and extremely reliable platform. While Interface handles the complete management of Family Dollar’s security and IP network,store employees will now have the opportunity to spend more time focusing on in-store projects and tasks, enhancing the quality of the company to better serve customers and build a stronger brand reputation.
