Italian Fashion Brand Furla Implements Omnichannel Store Experience For Shoppers Worldwide

Cegid Enables Furla to Centrally Manage all Stores, Engage with Shoppers in Real-Time and Deliver an Enhanced Shopping Experience

Cegid, an international enterprise software provider, recently announced that Furla, the Italian fashion brand known for its creativity and quality, selected Cegid’s latest solution for connected commerce retail to provide Furla stores worldwide with a centrally managed omnichannel experience. Cegid’s Yourcegid Retail Y2 allows Furla to manage its activities and customers in real-time across multiple channels. The project started in Europe for a total of more than 340 stores internationally, including in the USA.

Furla needed to centralize its retail and merchandizing activities with a single, centralized database, while still maintaining strong attention to local needs for store management, customer loyalty programs and local tax procedures. Furla chose Yourcegid Retail Y2 to provide its sales associates with cloud-based, real-time access to company data from their tablets to improve efficiency and increase sales. The application can produce a range of key indicators on demand based on channel or geographical area, enabling Furla to optimize its management in an international and omnichannel environment. The application allows sales associates to engage with shoppers and deliver a greater shopping experience.
