Mike: Joe, I don’t want to waste a lot of time on an intro here, our listeners know what challenges they face concerning their workforce, managers don’t have the time they need, not enough labor hours in the day for the stores to meet its goals, employee turnover causes scheduling nightmares and on and on, there’s tons of challenges you know?

Here’s a big one, we want to get managers out of the office and on to the floor to interact with customers but the managers are tied to their desk doing manual tasks related to scheduling.

Joe, quick question for you, what do you estimate at the percent of retailers out there who are still using excel spreadsheets or other manual systems for labor scheduling?
