Reflexis Expands Professional Services Team And Promotes Two Directors To Vice President

Record number of implementations and customer wins drives the expansion of professional services organization and promotion of two directors to the positions of Vice President

Reflexis Systems, Inc. announced recently it has expanded its professional services organization and made two executive promotions to support its growing customer base. Reflexis also announced 19 successful implementations of its workforce management solutions for retailers operating a total of 29 brands in the past 18 months. Reflexis solutions were successfully implemented in a variety of retail categories including grocery, Everyday Low Price, pharmacy/drugstore, convenience/gas, specialty, and recreation/outdoor living. In a previous announcement, the company said it achieved a record number of customer wins in the first half of 2012 (http://www.reflexisinc.com/REFLEXIS/news_press_071812_record_num_new_cust_wins.html).

Highlights of successful implementations:

Both will report to Narayana Raghupathy, Senior Vice President, Operations and Professional Services. Reflexis has also added new implementation, customer support, software engineering, and business analysts to its professional services organization and plans to hire additional people in the future.

“Venu and Murali have led an exceptional number of complex enterprise software implementations for retailers with thousands of stores in the shortest time scales — months not years,” said Mr. Raghupathy. “The methodology they have developed enables us to repeatedly implement Reflexis solutions with great predictability, reliability, and scalability.
