Saddle Creek Adds New Business Development Director

Saddle Creek Logistics Services announced recently that Jake Vogel has joined the company as director of business development, order fulfillment. 

Vogel will focus on expanding Saddle Creek’s growing fulfillment business by developing new customer relationships and promoting organic growth with existing accounts. He will be based in Melbourne, Fla. 

Vogel has 25 years of experience in fulfillment with a focus on ecommerce and related technologies. Prior to joining Saddle Creek, he was vice president of operations for Fifth Gear. Previously, he has served as head of IT for Micro Warehouse (now CDW), a mail-order technology reseller, and vice president of operations for a large etail pet supplies company. 

“Jake brings a unique blend of experience in IT, ecommerce and warehouse operations and a wide range of perspectives – from in-house operations to outsourcing to operating a 3PL,” said Perry Belcastro, Saddle Creek vice president of fulfillment. “His extensive fulfillment expertise will add significant value for our team and our customers.”
