If your 2015 goal is to convert traffic into revenue, you will need to evaluate your WFM (workforce management) and task management strategies to achieve it.

Integrated Solutions For Retailers polled their readers and asked, “In 2015, in what marketing and operations solutions does your company plan to invest?” Reading through the survey results for this question, it’s easy to see a clear preference for certain marketing solutions (CRM, social media marketing) and e-commerce platforms. On the surface, this makes sense. Behind this desire to spend, in most cases, is the organization’s data management strategy. Businesses have been investing in solutions and amassing huge amounts of data in their data/business warehouses. The problem is that in lieu of a strategy of how to harness the power of this data, all of that information can actually lead to organizational confusion and the aptly coined phrase, analysis paralysis.
