Food, coffee, photo, and other orders can be delivered to save staff time and increase customer throughput. The application template is designed to allow the customer to be recognized through his loyalty or value card and to place an order, which may be "the usual..." or be created on demand. The objective is to reduce cashier involvement and improve staff production.
LINEBUSTER enables the customer to order and where possible, purchase their items all in one convenient transaction. If enabled with a loyalty/customer card, the user can be given the option of ordering ‘the usual...", as the kiosk will track customer order history. Where payment is not enabled, the customer will receive an order receipt, which may be presented to the cashier who would scan the printed bar code for payment. The functional elements of this template are: Customer Recognition, Presentation of a previous order or dynamic menu selection, Creation of order transaction, Acceptance of payment or Generation of bar coded payment receipt and forwarding of an order transaction to the point of sale system system.
