Located throughout the United States, our team will conduct investigations in response to stores with high shrink percentages, cash shortages, exception reports and other indicators of internal dishonesty. Our Regional Loss Prevention Managers have extensive experience in retail including specialty, department store, grocery and food service.
The LP Innovations' Regional Loss Prevention Manager will work with the client in the resolution of associate theft issues. This process may include gathering and documenting evidence, interviewing of suspect associates, obtaining written confessions and restitution agreements, and compiling a written summary of the incident and its resolution.
All Regional Loss Prevention Managers are LP Innovations employees and have received Advanced Certification from Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates for Interviewing and Interrogation Techniques.
Our involvement does not end until our client's issue is resolved.
