On Monday, Kohl’s unveiled Yes2You Rewards nationwide—a brand-new engaging loyalty program developed to further-connect with each customer and enhance their shopping experience in stores and online.

The leading retailer has tested several different methods of the program for the past two years, with over 10 million members signing up just during the trial period—proving to Kohl’s that the newly-launched program should be a success among customers. The program grants members with points for every Kohl’s purchase, along with delivering surprise customized offers and saving opportunities based off of their interests. Members can shop, access their rewards, and manage their points at the convenience of their fingertips, on mobile and Internet or with every visit in stores.

At no cost, customers can enroll as a Yes2You Rewards member, and start accumulating points right away. Members earn one reward point for every one dollar spent—earning $5 in Kohl’s cash for every 100 points/$100 dollars spent, $10 for 200 points, with no restrictions or spending limits. The cash is issued to members on a bright pink coupon, differentiating itself from the regular green Kohl’s cash coupon—members can still enjoy the benefits of earning Kohl’s cash while earning rewards cash, allowing members to save even more. Kohl’s gifts each member with up to eight personalized discounts and savings each year, a special birthday present, and alerts members of one-time bonus point opportunities. Members who are also Kohl’s charge cardholders receive twelve discounts a year, and Most Valued Customers who spend over $600 earn at least eighteen discounts. Members can anticipate to receive unexpected, random surprises for being enrolled in the loyalty program. Reward points can be shared with friends and family that are also Yes2You Reward members, or converted from points to dollars toward child health and education organizations supported by Kohl’s.

“We are inspired by our customers and want to create personal connections to thank them for all the ways they interact with our brand,” said Michelle Gass, Kohl’s chief customer officer. “Yes2You Rewards is authentic to who we are as a company, offering exceptional value we know is important to our customers and allows us to engage in two-way dialogue to help deliver unique, meaningful experiences.”
