Staples is rolling out Black Friday deals a week before the official holiday shopping season begins. In-store, online, and mobile shoppers will have access to exclusive offers beginning Monday, November 16 up until Monday following the Black Friday weekend. Staples will also be welcoming Thanksgiving shoppers into select stores to snag early Black Friday savings from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

“At Staples, we’re offering more savings throughout November with our first-ever Week of Black Friday for Business plus amazing deals the week of Black Friday through Cyber Monday,” said Alison Corcoran, senior vice president of North American stores and online marketing, Staples. “We also make less stress happen this holiday season with easy ways to shop in store, online and via mobile.”

This year, Staples is offering helpful services to make the shopping experience seamless and simplified for all customers. Staples promises the lowest prices for high quality products with its price match guarantee—matching online and in-store prices from competitors including Best Buy, Amazon, Office Depot, Office Max, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Costco, Dell, and more. When customers prove the lower price, they will receive the difference upon checkout or within 14 days after their Staples purchase.

The refurbished Staples Mobile app makes it easier for shoppers to spot exciting deals by browsing the newly-designed Weekly flyer page—enabling customers to sort through categories and find what they are looking for quickly. App users have access to Staples online Daily Deals, can easily manage their account and reward points, and view of order history for reordering favorite products. The new app for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus includes Apple Pay, a quick and secure mobile payment method.

Staples is granting free shipping to Rewards members for all online orders, including 5 percent back in Staples rewards on purchases ranging from electronics to office furniture—with a variety of over 1,000,000 products to choose from.

Customers can find items not available on shelves at their local store by exploring the in-store Staples kiosks, revealing endless virtual aisles of Staples complete online inventory—allowing customers to place orders right on the spot.

Staples conveniences customers by offering direct shipping from stores seven days a week, enabling customers to skip the hassle of making a special trip to their UPS store to get their gifts to loved ones in time.  

With the new Staples In-Store Pick-Up service, busy holiday shoppers will enjoy purchasing products online or through the Staples app to be ready at their local store within 2 hours of ordering. Customers can expect an email or text notifying when orders are fulfilled and available for pick-up.
